We therefore, ensure that all your information (shared with us includes text, designs, art work, clients\u2019 details, contact information and others) is only used for the purpose of completing the contracted projects. Neither your specifications, information and materials shared with us nor the completed work\/code is ever shared with any individual \/ organization, except for the contracting customer. You can also send us your NDA to us at hello@intelligentbee.com. We will send it back to you signed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-377884\"><strong>All your information is confidential<\/strong>We would never use your specifications and designs to sell the same on any other sites. Moreover, the designs wouldn\u2019t be resold either. All the copyrights of your specifications and designs stay with you and so do the other rights of use.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"font-377884\">REFUND POLICY<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"font-377884\"><strong>Cancelling the order<\/strong>The cancellation of the order might happen either from the side of the customer or the supplier. This would be possible only before the work on the order has been initiated. For such cancellation, the entire amount shall be refunded as the order has been voided (via the card or bank account used). While no funds would be charged by us for such cancellation, the release of the payment will only happen at the concerned bank\u2019s discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-377884\"><strong>Refunding<\/strong>Are you not satisfied with what was offered to you by us? You can avail a complete refund of the amount that was charged to you. All you need to do is send us an email with this regard along with the valid reason for discontentment with the final product. You shall, then, be reimbursed the amount that was charged.
