{"id":2332,"date":"2017-05-23T12:13:45","date_gmt":"2017-05-23T12:13:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intelligentbee.com\/blog\/?p=2332"},"modified":"2024-11-28T14:02:13","modified_gmt":"2024-11-28T14:02:13","slug":"bring-into-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intelligentbee.com\/blog\/bring-into-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Let me bring you into my world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019d wonder what can keep somebody working in an office, at a desk, and talk with different people from all over the world every day, some of them angry and anxious, others frustrated or just annoyed because of the color of a button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The answer is that it\u2019s just amazing how wonderful the feeling can be of assisting someone and managing to resolve different issues &#8211; some of them simple, some complicated that can involve numerous tests, or sometimes backend assistance; sometimes it\u2019s just about asking the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">right questions, other times complex troubleshooting might be required.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Let me bring you into my world<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a help desk analyst job, you\u2019ll have to connect with customers, understand their experience with your application, and assist them in knowing the product inside-out, but most importantly offer them the assurance that the product they\u2019re using will bring them to success in their own business. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It takes a certain mix of skills, personal characteristics and values to really make it in a support career. Providing outsourcing support services for international companies allowed me to connect with people from all over the world and from different cultures, people with different restrictions and needs depending on their country or region. What I can tell you is that I do remember every conversation with these people, no matter the nation or language barriers. I spoke with amazing people that were looking for \u201cbetter\u201d, for quality, for improvement and I verily appreciate and respect each and every one of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Besides the customers that you\u2019re working with every day through different communication channels, there is the team you\u2019re part of.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My background is in IT and Education Sciences. I\u2019ve combined my knowledge from these two areas and it seems that they go well together, as they\u2019ve helped me over the last 4 years since I started my career as a technical support analyst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somehow, I have passion for the role I took, but the most importantly I find joy in my day-to-day tasks and this is also because I work with wonderful folks and I am here referring to my colleagues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I started with Intelligent Bee almost a year ago, I still remember the first day when I came in for the interview &#8211; being a shy person, sometimes I feel uncomfortable <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in new situations or with strangers,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> but the people I\u2019ve met here gave me confidence and comfort. They make me feel as part of the team and have done so even when I was still in the interview process. My ideas and needs were listened to and still are &#8211; no matter if it is the CEO or my manager, the HR, the colleagues from dev or support, I\u2019ve always been encouraged to stand up for my ideas and have been helped to achieve my goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, all of these things bring me to work every day.
