Affiliate Marketing Account Coordinator

The Challenge

We're looking for a dedicated Affiliate Marketing Account Coordinator to ensure effective and regular communication with clients and proper management of clients' accounts.

Details

• You will manage the affiliate recruitment for our clients.
• You will serve as the key point of contact for clients' strategic and account questions, send account reporting and manage resulting follow-up questions and communication.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and composing correspondence related to client's accounts and manage account budgets for our clients.
• Develop effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals and proactively offer new and innovative ideas to the overall programme strategy.

About You

Must have:

• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and capability of multi-tasking and coordonating sevaral projects at once.
• Meeting deadlines and keeping commitments.
• Customer service oriented.
• You must be able to handle changing priorities, be able to work through ambiguity, and have a proactive mindset.

Nice to have:

• Online marketing, e-commerce or affiliate marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Awin, Affilinet, CJ, Webgains, Linkshare, Impact Radius, Performance Horizon etc.) is a plus, but not required.
