Senior React.JS - remote

The Challenge

We are seeking a skilled React.JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. The role includes implementing new features that will elevate the user experience. As part of this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall functionality of the platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Details

• Developing new user-facing features using React.JS.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Re-write parts of the app that are currently written in Angular to use React.JS.

About You

Must have:

• 4+ years proven experience in large frontend projects.
• Thorough understanding of React.JS and its core principles.
• Proven experience with React.JS, Redux and Typescript.
• Solid experience in using a complex REST API from the client-side.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Good experience with state management and good understanding of reactive state.
• Significant experience of debugging.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• A "can do" mind-set and attitude and hands-on mentality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an affinity for problem-solving.
• Ability to self-manage during projects and proactively raise issues/concerns to the team.
