The Challenge
We are seeking a talented back-end developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-end development techniques and technologies, including server-side languages, database management, and web application architecture.
Details
- Create, maintain and improve back-end services that provide our clients with the data they need using a varied range of languages and tools such as Go or Python, Java, C# and NSQ.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement project requirements.
About You
Must have:
- 2-4+ years proven experience in back-end projects.
- Solid background in writing understandable, testable, and efficient code in Golang or other languages such as Python, Java, C# or Node.js.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- A "can do" mind-set and attitude and hands-on mentality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an affinity for problem-solving.
- Experience with git and/or Github.
- Experience with MySQL database systems.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Test Driven Development.
- Experience with mobile SDKs.
- Experience with Go and/or Python.
