The Challenge
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze financial indicators, manage daily budget updates, and handle invoicing. This role is critical in ensuring that IntelligentBee maintains a strong financial footing and operates efficiently.
Details
- Analyze and interpret the company’s financial indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update the company budget on a daily basis.
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating financial reports and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect relevant financial data.
- Assist in improving and optimizing financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
About You
Must have:
- A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in small to medium-sized enterprises..
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and/or ERP systems.
- Methodical, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
