The Challenge

You will help ensure our HR department runs seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for employee data management, reporting, compensation & benefits and others HR processes.

Details

  • Administer employee's lifecycle activities (like pre-onboarding, onboarding, hiring, first months in the organization, changes to employment, other HR Admin-related)
  • Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data
  • HR data: maintain, both digital and electronic, accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Reporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboards, KPIs
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Act as onboarding point of contact in HR for the new joiners, offering support on the process
  • Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

About You

Must have:

  • At least 1 year of similar experience
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and local regulations
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
  • English - medium level (B2)
  • PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

Nice to have:

  • HR Administration course is preferred
  • Good planning skills and setting priorities so that you can achieve your goals
  • Highly adaptable and copes very well with a dynamic environment
