You will help ensure our HR department runs seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for employee data management, reporting, compensation & benefits and others HR processes.
Details
Administer employee's lifecycle activities (like pre-onboarding, onboarding, hiring, first months in the organization, changes to employment, other HR Admin-related)
Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data
HR data: maintain, both digital and electronic, accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Reporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboards, KPIs
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Act as onboarding point of contact in HR for the new joiners, offering support on the process
Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
About You
Must have:
At least 1 year of similar experience
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and local regulations
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
English - medium level (B2)
PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.;
Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative
Nice to have:
HR Administration course is preferred
Good planning skills and setting priorities so that you can achieve your goals
Highly adaptable and copes very well with a dynamic environment
