The Challenge

You will help ensure our HR department runs seamlessly and efficiently. You will be responsible for employee data management, reporting, compensation & benefits and others HR processes.

You will play a key role in ensuring that all HR processes are executed correctly, on time, and in line with Romanian labor legislation.

Details

  • You will own the accuracy and compliance of the entire employee lifecycle:
  • - Manage end-to-end HR administration: contracts, addendums, onboarding, offboarding
  • - Ensure all employee documentation is 100% correct, complete, and legally compliant
  • - Handle REGES registrations and updates within strict legal deadlines
  • - Maintain clean, audit-ready personnel records (digital & physical)
  • - Prepare and deliver accurate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, changes)
  • - Support employees with clear, correct, and timely HR information
  • Keep policies, internal regulations, and HR processes up to date
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

About You

Must have:

  • 6 mo - 1 y previous experience in HR Admin / HR Inspector / Personnel Administration with REVISAL (Reges)
  • Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation & Reges
  • High attention to detail and accuracy (critical for this role)
  • Strong ownership mindset — you don’t pass problems forward
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
  • English medium level

Nice to have:

  • HR Administration course is preferred
  • Good planning skills and setting priorities so that you can achieve your goals
  • Highly adaptable and copes very well with a dynamic environment
