Corporate trainer & Quality Analyst, on site Iasi

The Challenge

We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. You will work independently, but in collaboration with our teams, in order to conduct and asses trainings, quality monitoring, but also involving in compliance activities like ISO certifications.

Details

• Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with new clients, in order to provide relevant trainings for future projects.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Continuously update and improve training programs.
• Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for management.
• Work closely with management team to align training objectives with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Collaborate with management and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
• Establish and document procedures, processes, and controls to meet ISO requirements.

About You

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
• Excellent english level, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team.

• High level of creativity and flexibility.
• Thorough understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to the organization.
