Details

  • Working with personal data
  • Researching and confirming information on different platforms for our clients
  • Verify, validate, add required data by contacting customer via phonecall and email for additional information
  • Ability to listen actively to customers and process their concerns
  • Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and having an empathetic approach

About You

Must have:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or sales related role
  • English – fluent level, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Smart and proactive – take initiative, document yourself and ask questions
  • Strong problem-solving skill set
  • Availability to work extra hours, weekends and/or nightshift
  • Analytic abilities

  • Reliable with teamwork spirit – you take ownership and you’re ready to help whenever needed
