Details

• Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers, organizing best purchasing deals for the company, within budget
• Manage and oversee office design layout and repair
• Order and operate the office equipment and maintain the stock for consumables
• Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Must have proficiency to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties
• Keep, archive and update general interest documents
• Manage national and international travel planning (ex. details such as visas and managing expenses and bookings)
• Independently set and meet deadlines, and understand goals and demands on the team
• Anticipate/initiate action, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ability to anticipate needs and effective teamwork
• Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis

About You

Must have:

• 1 - 2 years of office/administrative experience, acquisition knowledge is a must
• Strong PC skills including software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic, etc.)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Manage sensitive, confidential information discreetly
• Strong customer and partner orientation
