The Challenge

Details
- Work directly with the clients, for better understanding of their needs and requirements
- Participate in technical interviews, for identifying the best candidates for the open positions
- You will be responsible for building the new team
- You will be handling sensitive information
- Manage securities master data and price supply, service ticketing tasks
- Coordinate and clarify issues with the involved custodian banks
- Daily reconciliation according to the SLA
- Run quality checks and validations daily and perform corrections
- Provide first level support to clients on reconciliation and data related topics, such as parser problems, reconciliation problems, performance analysis
- Document all interactions with clients
- Working schedules: Monday - Friday; 8:00-17:00 or 7:00-16:00 (1h break)
- Location: Iasi or nearby areas
About You
Must have:
- A background in the back-office banking industry is a must
- German and English - fluent level, both written and spoken
- At least 2+ years of experience in mid -/ or back office
- Good IT skills, especially in Excel
- Good securities and portfolio management know how
- Customer service oriented
- Excelent, polite & professional communication skills
Nice to have:
- At least 1 year in managing a small team
- Degree in management or training in team leading
- Experience in B2B environment
- Out of the box thinking
