  • Acquisition knowledge and hands-on experience is a must: manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers, organizing best purchasing deals for the company, within budget (including, but not limited to office supplies, food orders, onsite needs)

  • Coordinates activities across the organization, events, plans and organizes meetings and "off-sites," prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics

  • Managing and overseeing office design layout and repair, and ordering stationery and equipment

  • Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines

  • Must have proficiency to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties

  • Administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis

  • Managing national and international travel planning (ex. details such as visas and managing expenses)

  • Independently set and meet deadlines and understands goals and demands on the team and anticipates/initiates action, prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, ability to anticipate needs, and effective teamwork.


  • 3-5 years of office/administrative or related experience, acquisition knowledge is a must

  • Strong PC skills including software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic, etc.)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Manage sensitive, confidential information discreetly

  • Strong customer and partner orientation and an engaged team player

  • HR admin knowledge is a plus

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
